GAAC firmly believes in providing safe and best-in-class services to our airline customers and this cannot be possible without adhering to international standards and principles. GAAC is already fully compliant to the requirements of IATA Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO) and is in process of achieving certification in due course. GAAC Group company and Headquarters, Terminals Holding (THD) has been recently awarded the prestigious ISAGO registration, and GAAC is already on the roadmap for accreditation.

Furthermore, GAAC Holding is fully compliant with ISO standards including:
  • ISO 9001 Quality management system – All our processes and procedures are standardized and regular audits are conducted to ensure compliance to local, standards and regulatory requirements.
  • ISO 45001 Health & Safety management system – GAAC staff are working in the most safe environment complying with PPE requirements, incidents/accidents are reported, documented and controlled, and safety hazards and risks are evaluated and Mitigation plans are in place. Also, Emergency response Program has been implemented in collaboration with Airport Authority.
  • ISO 14001 Environment Management system – we take care of our environment (land, air and water) by adhering to relevant corporate, local and regulatory environmental requirements. Environment aspects and their impact are evaluated and mitigation plans are in place.
